Media resources in video information systems

چکیده

The article describes methods for increasing the contrast of images in video information systems, main compression stream is provided by eliminating inter-frame redundancy using compensating movement image fragments adjacent frames. However, use motion compensation requires formation additional data (metadata) containing about types blocks used, their coordinates, etc. At same time, order to increase without sacrificing its quality, a higher accuracy required, which leads an number and, accordingly, volume metadata that reduces effectiveness compensation. This problem compressing streaming compromising quality. In addition, positioning with dramatically speed processing, not always feasible real-time systems.
